Client Directory Button Guide

  • Add clients (green plus sign)
  • Update client information (light green magnifying glass)
  • View client data and case notes (purple button)
  • Change client status to inactive (red button)
  • Reinstate inactive clients (light blue button, not shown)


Adding A New Client


Prior to adding clients, be sure that your Active Client number is less than your Client Maximum, as you will not be able to exceed the Client Maximum until you update your payment via the Account link on the Admin page. Your updated client quantity will automatically be reflected on the Client page (Client Maximum).

To add a client, click the green "+" button.

 

All mandatory fields must be completed in order to enable the "Save" button. Once your client is created, you may assign them to therapists (via Therapist Directory) and add their programs (via Dashboard). 


Inactive Clients


Clients can be switched to an Inactive state after 30 days of being Active (both new clients and reinstated clients). Remember, your Client Maximum is the amount of clients you've prepaid for, so if you'd like to reduce the cost of your bill by reducing your active client amount, please deactivate any clients first (reducing your Active Client number to the desired amount) and update your client amount via the Account page. If you're in the middle of a billing period, you will receive a prorated credit toward your next bill.
