Company Programs

  • Add frequently used programs to the company programs database (using green plus sign button)
  • Company programs can be modified at any time (using green "view info" button)
    • Modifying company programs will not modify existing client programs
  • Company programs can be added as Client Programs through the Dashboard
    • You can add Company Programs to Clients as-is, or make changes on a case-by-case basis without affecting Company Programs
  • Client-specific programs can be made through the Dashboard


Company Programs Screen:


Once a therapist has been assigned clients, they may add programs to their clients via the Dashboard (found on the navigation bar)


Click the blue Client Programs button to view a client's programs

As you can see on the Client Programs screen, current programs are displayed in a table.


You can add a program by clicking the green plus button


  • Adding Company Programs
    • Can be added as-is 
    • Can be modified on a client-to-client basis without affecting Company Programs 
  • Creating New Programs
    • Programs can be created for clients without having to be added as Company Programs
  • Editing Client Programs
    • Once data has been collected for a program, limitations are placed on editing content. Items such as Program Name, Phase Settings, and Mastery Criteria cannot be modified. 
  • Making Programs Inactive
    • Changing a program's status to inactive will remove it from your session "data sheet." You will still be able to view its graphs as well as other information via the Client Programs and Client Data pages. 




Adding Programs to Clients


Upon clicking the first green plus button, you'll see this screen (Yes, there's an identical button on this page, too)

  • You'll see a list of available Company Programs to choose from. Just click the blue Review/Add button to add one of these. 
    • Again, you can modify company programs here, so they fit your specific client's needs
  • If you'd like to create a program from scratch, just click the green plus button and fill out the program form
