All client sessions have our standard note fields available at the bottom of the page. If submitting a session without client data, be sure to input the date, start time, end time, fill in the "Session Content" to allow for the session to be submitted. 


Submitting a session with text in the Questions for Supervisor field will result in any Lead and/or Admin assigned to the case receiving an email with a reference to the question. 


Session notes can be edited after being submitted, but the Signature field cannot. If you'd like to have a signature included in your session note, please be sure to include it in the original submission.
