To edit an existing session note, you must first go to the Client Data page. It can be found in either the Dashboard or under Admin>Clients.



Once you're at the Client Data menu, click "Session Notes" 



Then, you can click on the desired session and click the light blue edit button to edit the note. 


*Session note text and custom field entries can be edited by either the submitting user or a user with Admin permissions. Admin permissions are required to delete a session note.



DISCLAIMER: Editing a session note's date & times will impact session program data. Programs are submitted and tied to the Phase they were in when the data was submitted. Changing session notes to an earlier date will not modify program phases to match the phases of surrounding data. Thus, it is possible that Maintenance, Generalization, or Additional data could be surrounded by Baseline or Treatment data, resulting in some very strange graphs. 



Sessions can also be deleted. Only users with Admin permissions can delete session notes. 


DISCLAIMER: Deleting a session note will also delete that session's data.
